BriteStar Homes is intended to be selective. A builder may submit information for consideration, but submission, payment, or promotional participation does not guarantee inclusion.
Two separate decisions.
Editorial qualification: Does the builder meet the BriteStar Homes inclusion standard for the market?
Commercial visibility: If qualified, does the builder want enhanced presentation or clearly identified promotional exposure?
Keeping those decisions separate protects the value of the platform for both homeowners and the builders who legitimately qualify.
